Where is Nam Mekong Grand Plaza?
The project is on plot A4, New Urban Area (Zone 1), Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, beside the A1/WTC roundabout. Its former address was Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province. Le Hoan, Nguyen Thi Dinh, Chu Van An and Dong Khoi streets border the site.
How large is the project, and what apartment sizes are published?
Published project information lists two towers, 30 aboveground levels, three basements and 1,622 apartments. Published apartment areas range from 36.15 to 418.46 m² in Tower A and 36.15 to 442.27 m² in Tower B. Check the individual plan for usable area, gross area and the exact layout.
How can I get current prices and availability?

Has construction started, and when is handover?
The groundbreaking ceremony took place on 22 April 2026. The Q&A labelled 14.08 gives an indicative Q4 2028 handover target. This is a planning statement, not a commitment for an individual unit. Check dated construction updates and the delivery terms in the contract.
Is the metro to Binh Duong New City operating?
An August 2026 update reports geological surveys for the Binh Duong New City–Suoi Tien line. It is a planned line, rather than an operating metro service at the project. Station locations and service dates remain subject to the latest approved announcements.
Can foreign buyers purchase an apartment here?
